With over 15 years of experience, I support individuals and organizations in growing with clear intention and measurable results. My professional journey began in Secondary and Adult Education Pedagogy, where I discovered something that shaped my approach forever:
Learning is not theory. It is applied transformation.
Since then, every process I design has a clear purpose: to create changes that are lived in practice and sustained over time. Over the years, I integrated my pedagogical foundation with a strong business perspective, supported by an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership. This allowed me to unite two essential worlds:
